t|AQWO 2 reads CD and SACD, and nothing else. Its power supply sits in a chassis of its own.
The transport occupies the centre of the top plate, under a sliding cover. CD reads in PCM 44.1 kHz, SACD in native DSD64, and the output rate can be raised or lowered on board before the signal leaves the unit.
Three digital outputs, S/PDIF, AES/EBU and I2S, carry the stream to the converter of your choice. The supply is joined by a dedicated umbilical, keeping mechanical and electromagnetic interference away from the read and clock circuits. Streaming is available as an option. Designed to pair with c|AQWO 2.
