The disc, and nothing after it.
A pure CD transport, the latest addition to the range. The disc is read in PCM 44.1 kHz, and the signal leaves on S/PDIF, AES/EBU or I2S, to reach the converter of your choice.
A 3.9-inch display, an infrared remote and a touch keypad on the front. The 250 mm chassis matches DSS 2, DSC mini and DSAS, to be stacked or set side by side.
